Unfortunately you are right, my fully loaded (normal) startup time is 51 seconds.

windows 7 home premium - 32 bit

I wasn't smart enough to make a picture after I rebooted, but my W7 Home Premium restarted in 76 seconds.

I just looked in my event logs for the last shutdown and this morning's startup time, added them together, and it came to 39.4s

Compaq Presario 5000 series. Intel Pentium 4 @ 1.7GHz, 1.2GB DDR RAM, 80GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 with 256MB dedicated video memory, dual booting Win7 Enterprise trial with XP Pro. I know, I know, it SUX.
