    Something is definitely not right. Over 3GBs of Hardware Reserved is the problem. You are not runnung OSX in double boot - are you??

    I remember vaguely that there is some setting in the BIOS with which you can fix that - but forgot the details. Maybe another member remembers.

    You are running a 32-bit OS, you will never get the full use of your memory under a 32-bit OS.

    With google chrome running my RAM usage is 1.32 GB. But I have many programs running-google drive, skydrive, media player beside the sidebar, dwm and explorer.
    I must add that your RAM usage for dwm is double that of me, for sidebar is little more than double and explorer is again double that of me.

Hey! Just wanting to ask, if this is normal. My CPU usage fluctuates from 0 to 7 sometimes 13. Is this normal, also I am just browsing not anything high in CPU (I don't think). Is this normal? If not what should I do? Because nothing is even using 7 percent.

High, I'm just wondering if 2.10gb or somewhere around that is normal ram usage for windows 7. My ram used to be @1.2gb or so and not much has changed since then except for a few upgrades in hardware being the graphics card and the PSU. I have attached a few screen shots of the task manager. ...
So, I was running Fallout New Vegas and recoding with Dxtory, I also I had a few other programs running on the background like HWMonitor, Steam and PE and my CPU was at about 11% of usage, according to Process Explorer, so I'm wondering, is this normal? :rolleyes:

hi everyone. how much memory that windows 7 need on idle ? i have 1 gig of ram on my netbook and sometimes it have 70% ( 700mb ) physical memory. is it normal ? or there is something wrong with my netbook ?

Hello, I used windows7 gadget CPU Meter. Is there a normal RAM usage?? Actuelly my RAM usage is between 30% and 51%, sometimes the memory usage is 28%. My computer runs well but it just for my own information.
