    sleeps, but doesn't hibernate

So I enabled hibernate from the cmd console and I've set my advanced power settings so that it will hibernate in 10 minutes. But my computer only goes to sleep. In plan settings it says gives me the scroll options to put the computer to sleep after X minutes, and but no option to hibernate.

Screenie shows my advanced power settings.

    Hello Fuzzytoad,

If you only want your computer to hibernate, then you can set Sleep to Never. Next leave Hibernate after set for the 10 minutes of computer idle time before it automatically hibernates.

You can also set your Start Menu power button to be Hibernate as well to manually put your computer to hibernate when you like.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
