Since I assume that you do not image your system on a regular basis (which is a BIG mistake), you may have to reinstall the system from scratch. A bad infection may, or may not be resolved by the scanners.
OMG.. so that is the thing that make my PC suffering?? so the best n clean solution is reinstall the system??

but wait, first time when im install this system, i have make the full backup of C:\ directory with the Acronis True Image Home.. if i recover its, is there any chances my system become healthy again??

Can you remember the last 5 things you have downloaded? This only works if you have downloaded a few things over the past few days.
Delete them all.
Then see if your computer runs normal again.
Acronis will clone your bacup drive to your OS drive no problem, but I think you should try the above first. Good luck!

The Acronis image is an excellent alternative. Go with that. I always keep images around for that specific purpose. I use Ghost and Macrium.

PS: what Runckle suggests is not going to work. No need to go thru that hoop, it will do nothing for your problem.

The scan recommended by Whs is supposed to delete the problem so a clone is not required!

It may, or it may not. It is my experience that serious infections cannot be 100% removed. There is always damage left behind.
In my local computer club they had 5 systems infected the other day. That happens because members stick infected USB sticks into them and the useless AVG does zippo for protection. I told them from the very outset to reinstall - but no, they wanted to fix it. After a week of useless work, they came to the conclusion that a reinstall would be best (took them a while, but as the Romans said "quod erat demonstrandum"). They also switched to MSE in lieu of AVG.

Ntdll is part of the core kernel. Did you reboot and see if the problem vanished? I've seen my CPU usage spike and games lag - first it was a drive updater, second and third a reboot cleared it.

Yes, too many handles, but a reboot may have rectified the issue. It might be a glitch.
