Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Just look at the bottom of the screen and logout that way. You will see the words log out, in very small lettering. All the rest is not important, icon etc, is not important.

If you wish to mark a post as solved you can use the report post button - the red warning triangle next to the rep button.

One of the team will then mark the post as solved

To answer question "why can't the original poster mark a thread as solved" - we have found that sometimes the OP believes that the issue is solved before it actually is, and it also gives a team member a chance to check through the thread, and perhaps tidy things up, before it is marked solved.

As the solved tag will often lead users, with similar issues, to the thread this policy ensures that these threads are presented in the best way possible to help others
