Disk score in Windows Experience Index

So earlier my computer crashed and instantly went to blue screen then when it rebooted it went into chkdsk and fixed all the problems etc.. Then I noticed it is stuck in Windows classic mode and will not go into Aero. I did some research and had to update my graphics card driver but nothing. Then...

I have sony Vaio VPCEC290X before Windows Experience Index was 5.1 but now it reduced to 3.5 i have update to latest bios a i have check power settings cleaned laptop dust also but the score is still 3.5 what might be the problem i have contact sony care also they checked and told nothing problem...

So my base score is 5.1 - the score comes from Graphics. I'm wondering why its so low. My Gaming graphics is rated 6.2. I know I have a fairly good graphics card - Ati Radeon HD 5450 with 1GB ram. What does this score of 5.1 mean? What kind of limitations might I have, where does that score...

Had win7 32bit and my WEI score was 4.3 .. installed Win7 64bit and now my score is 1 :sarc: Graphics got the Base score of 1 and Gaming Graphics got 2 :confused: These were not so low in win7 and vista .. what gives ?? :huh:
