Well I don't think I or possibly anyone else has seen a case where memory was being used and not reported by task/resource managers. So without actually remoting into your machine to take a look withour own eyes, this is going to be pretty difficult.

You could start by taking screen shots in both tools and posting them as if we were sitting in front of your machine to get an idea of what's going on...
