    Not until you update your system specs so we know what motherboard you're using, etc.

    thank you very much for your quick reply. heres my system specs

    2.8ghz Intel Pentium 4 socket 478
    VIA P4M266 Motherboard with Phoenix Techonology ,TLD v6.0 BIOS
    2x DDR 256MB RAM 133/166mhz

    that should be enough :O?

    hmm I've been researching and found out that it might an FSB problem , its still set to 400mhz instead 533mhz but I have no idea how to change my FSB X_X;

    Help is greatly appreciated

    PS: I know my pc is ancient but I need it XDDD

    With most BIOS you can either hit the plus/minus keys when the FSB option is selected to raise or lower it in increments or hit enter and select the speed from a list.

    Unless the BIOS options are locked as is normally the case with pre-built machines from HP, Dell etc.

    How do you know it's running at 400mhz? Have you downloaded CPU-Z to check?

    Is this your motherboard?:

    From page 13:

    Advanced BIOS Features
    This section allows you to configure your system for basic operation. You have the
    opportunity to select the system’s default speed, boot-up sequence, keyboard operation,
    shadowing and security.
