Taskbar system monitor?

Is there any system monitor that goes on the taskbar? Like on this picture of a hackintosh desktop.

Mainly I just want RAM and CPU.

Not really. I want it to work sorta like a toolbar i guess. Where it doesnt count as a program on the taskbar, it just has text saying my %.

Does anyone know of a program that will allow you to have a second taskbar on a single monitor? I know the creator of Ultramon said he is considering adding support for this in a future version of the program, but who knows when that will be. I really can't believe no one has done this yet. ...
