Help! Speedfan shows GPU and AUX at 80degrees?

GPU is on 83 degrees C
    And AUX is on 60

Is there a problem with the sensors?

Another thing I noticed, is that I think the casing of my XFX GTS 250 card has come off? Is this what is causing the GPU to heat up?

    Jason,
Take the case off of your computer.

    Turn on computer.

    Are all fans running?

Leave the case off and leave off until this problem is resolved.

Blow out any dust and debris.

Direct the output of an external fan directly at your computer.

Now what temps do you have?

    Hey guys,

Hmm, well it was a new PC, the case of the GPU was broken hence why it couldn't cool itself, and also the hard drive is dying..

I've left the computer off as otherwise the GPU will probably burn out, and will contact the manufacturer tomorrow
