    Auslogics Boostspeed and registry error

Having a weird issue with doing a registry defrag right now, i just finished installing windows again after a BSOD occurred during the reboot of the comp from auslogics boostspeed starting the defrag. I started the application and it showed me my current registry was all mainly fragged and the result of the new defrag was going to be clean and perfect, so i started the defrag and the comp rebooted to only give me a BSOD of 0x000000f4. Couldnt get around it and had to reformat with a new install of windows.

Turns out after re-installing auslogics boostspeed, its still showing my registry as totally fragged and im kinda hesitant on doing the defrag again..

How can my registry be totally fragged after a fresh install?

    any ideas>?

    thanks.

Did you restore anything from the old install?
Also, registry defrags are generally not recommended.

Yep, don't fool around with junk like this! If defraging the registry had any real merit, MS would have provided a tool to do so. This is just more after market crap that takes your money, trashes your box, and cost you untold hours trying to recover from its screws up.
