Windows Index Rating Not Computing

My Windows Index Rating is not computing succesfully .
Im really tired of it and becoz of that window aero desktop feature also not working

Welll... you could just go into Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance and turn it on manually.

No its wont work even i select best appearence setting.
in past my windows 7 working very well and i have 5.9 video card rating my aero desktop feature not working becz of unsuccessfull computing of index rating.

Well the thing which i did not try is registry error fixed how can i do that is it really help to get rid this problem.
ma driver already uptodate. is sound card driver might also effect on it ? becz it score according to video card ram and processor and harddrive.

you are genius .
It working but the thing which is missing is icon on left bottom side which show us minimized item in 3d form like when move our mouse wheel at the down or upside i dont know what it is.

And the area where it should be is taskbar.

Its called Windows Flip 3D I got it ,
Just last question windows index rating really help to increase our system features? or it just for satisfaction becoz its not working on my end should i leave it or it should be computed.
