    Power4gear question

    Hello everyone:)

I want to ask if Power4gear is better then the standard Win 7 power manager? It was pre-installed (crapware?) on my asus notebook and i can't decide if i shall remove it or not.

I believe Power4gear has more GUI features involved thus making it more complicated to use however Power4gear is just an alternative method to acheiving the same goal.

As to which one is better is a subjective answer so I can't really answear that for you.

The reason i was asking is because first power4gear felt a bit uncomfortable to use and second that i am
trying to keep amount of instated programs to a minimum.

and another question :) On my laptop i have those quick access keys ( like Fn + SPACE switching power mode in Power4gear). I wonder if it's still going to work if i uninstall it?

Removing power4gear would remove the feature fn plus spacebar.
