Compress Windows folder?

    Its only 200 Kb, because i clean that regularly with Tune Up Utilities

    Sounds like you REALLY need a bigger drive ... sometimes you have to balance what you want with what you need... there have been several suggestions that you have rejected, so your options are somewhat limited.... Good luck!

    Ok well I guess i try disabling hibernation. But am still considering a new drive (thats y I have the other topic)

Cannot compress CBS.zip folder to 8.00mb

Hallo, My CBS folder is 21mb, when I try to .rar or .zip it I can only get it down to 12mb. Any suggestions on how to get it smaller - the max allowed is 8mb. Thank you. SOLVED: I just removed the CBS.log file (today's file), and compressed that. Hope it helps.

Does windows 7 backup compress media files? I was just wondering, because I would like to keep the integrity and quality of my SLR photos Hi-bitrate music files that I backup. When I was using Acronis True Image, it gave me the option to remove compression for backups.
