    Windows 7 and CSS lagg


    Hello everyone,

    First off I apologize for posting yet another CSS problem thread. Believe me I have read thru probably ten or so on this forum alone. This deff seems like the place to come for anything Windows 7 related. Well anyway here is my problem;

    I am having the same issue as many other people are having. When I quick switch(Q) I get what seems like a "studder" or freeze in the system. Also I will get it when lots of grenades are rapidly being shot off and so forth. This only happens online. I turned off the MMCSS as well as the network throddling thing. Honestly I'm not sure if I did the network throddling thing right.

    Also here is some information about my system:
    I have an HP Pavilion dv6-1280us laptop
    ATI Turion x2 Mobile @ 2.4ghz
    Physical Memory: 6gb
    Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4650 1gb

    When I do my video stress test I get around 170FPS as my end result. I apologize for such a sloppy post. I'm just tired and have been looking around and trying different things for hours. I just want to play some CSS haha. Its been over a year and a half since I have been able to play. Thanks a lot guys and gals

    Sorry to bump this but it seems as though this forum has very high traffic with lots and lots of post. Just looking for a solution so I can game this weekend. Thanks again

Helo guys, so i got a weird issue, i downloaded cod 4, and started playing, but every 5-10 secconds i get laggspikes... i realy dont know why? my pc should be good enought to handle the game.. i tried everything, i update all drivers, reinstalled windows 7, tried playing on the lowest...
So,I played gta 4 on this computer with win xp,on high settings,and it was not lagging at all. Now,on win 7 when I install it,it laggs veryy much on minimal settings,resolution..It lags every 5 seconds,and screen just stops for next 5-6 seconds. I intalled that 1.0.04 patch that should fix this...

well..i got few days ago new laptop..and from the beginning it has this damn annoying problem. In every 2 hours it starts lagging for 5-10sec or so and in every 2min. Some program or something causes that i guess. Only way to get rid of this is to do restart..but i just bought it..what the hell is...
Seem to be having scrolling problems with IE8, It don't seem to be my graphics card because Scrolling works FINE with everything Else (including other browsers) Also turning "smooth Scroll" on makes it worse.. May i need to re-install my GPU drivers?? Just in-case u need it, my graphics card is...
