    Reliability Monitor Graph not working

Windows 7 Reliability Monitor Graph problem.
I have 2 computers, both exactly the same hardware, running Windows 7 Home premium installed at the same time on both computers. (January 2010)
The reliability monitor graph in one computer works as it should showing the details and reliability index. In the other computer the graph does not work at all, it never shows anything.

Whenever I start or reboot that computer, it shows the message that the reliability monitor will take several hours to calculate the index and be updated for this first install of windows seven.

The reliability monitor window shows the problem reports as it should.
The RAC files in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC are being updated by the scheduled RACTask hourly.

I have checked the RACTask in the scheduler, deleted it and reinstalled it, and it's history in Task Scheduler says its working correctly.

The Vista fix (found with Google searches) doesn't work. Does anyone have a Windows 7 answer/fix?

I have run SFC.exe scan now, it didn't fix the problem...

Have you attempted to reset the graph?

Interestingly after this I noticed that the under the Task Scheduler/RAC the History Tab was showing (disabled).
I clicked on the "enable history" option and now the monitor graph is showing recent entries.
    Another possible solution:

That happened to me too, after a few days of trying to figure it out I just did a repair install to fix it.

I have the same problem, unfortunately, non of these solutions address the issue.

The odd thing is, many mention the RacAgent in task scheduler, but this does not exist on 7, only RacTask, whos last run result is '(0x0)'.
Whereas in a new install, its last run result is 'Task run successfully (0x0)'. (or similar from mental recollection)
I've double checked this by creating a new installation in a virtual machine.
I suspect RacAgent is a Vista only task, and someones not doing their research at MS

Can anyone here actually confirm if its exists on their machine?
