I would love to see what either a GTX 580, or two GTX 580's in sli will do. Any one with these cards, ran a WEI ? Considering replacing Quad SLI 295's , Have heard they compair about the same, (1 GPU to Two) with the 580 using slightley more power, but running quiter, having less stutter, and giveing DX11.

    By teh way, a I-7 920 with a 4.3 OC Mushkin redline memory at 1648 7,8,7, and 2 X25M-G Intel SSd's In raid 0. and 2(295's ) Is :

    A 980 with a single 295 and Raid 0 Is :

Depending on the response I get here regarding above question, I may be able to post 580 information in a week or two.
    impressive score KMoore4318.

Just wondering why some WEI's have the components information and some just have generic terms?
e.g: Processor...Intel Core i7 e.t.c and some just say Processor: Calculations Per Second...
    Any ideas?

A 580 should get a 7.9 - the WEI only calculates off the primary card, so SLI / Crossfire has no impact on the score whatsoever.

No problem. You can still get great performance out of a rig that costs a third of what I've paid for mine

Just keep in mind that the WEI is just a harmless bit of fun and really shouldn't be taken seriously at all.

The RC1 only took Primary card into account, the full version will calculate SLI, a single 295 will score as a 7.6, 2 295's so( Quad SLI scores as a 7.9,) so so windows must be able to direrenceate between SLI now.

Indeed, this thread reveals perhaps the best use of the WEI: it helps computer sales, at least computer component sales such as graphics cards. The manufacturers gotta love it.
