@thegoog: Great scores! About the only extra tweak I can see you making is I believe the 920 will get a 7.7 at around 4.4 ghz. The h50 may get you that high (depends on ambient temp as well as how powerful the fan(s) are, (push/pull is best if possible)), if not rest assured you have a great machine.

@Bare Foot Kid: In my experience wei likes ram with tight timings over more mhz. ie 1600mz cas5 does better than 2000mhz cas8.

As for the ssd score make sure your drive has the latest firmware and then in order to get back to first day out of the box performance (or at least very close), you'll need to secure erase.

I'm not sure about the dx version it shows 10 for mine as well and I have 5970+5870. Wei is weird. Awesome scores sir.
Hello mbreslin, thanks; I did a "diskpart", "clean all" on it before install.

    Great scores Ted

If it's running good, and I'm sure it is, 7.3 is outstanding, Congrats

I'm getting a 7.4 from my i5-750 @ 3.36 GHz, and of coarse a 5.9 from my spinner, but that will change this week end
Hello Dave, thanks; your scores are very good too, I bet you're ready to get that SSD?

Definitely looking for a SSD, as well:

My HDD scores are what's killing me. :/

I did have it up to 4.2GHz, but the voltages were getting out of hand. I've managed a perfectly stable 3.8GHz @ 1.2v So I'm staying happy with that!
