I've heard that you need to have at least or more than 8gb of RAM to get a 7.9 score......

Here's mine. Good enough for me since i'm not such computer enthusiast anymore. Though the SSD would be good improvement.

@thobel: The memory subtest is skewed towards timings rather than size or clock, 7-7-7-19-cr1 should do it.

@oidicle: Lots of 7.9's out there with 4 gigs and probably lower as well.

SSDs are a nice performance increase.

Looks like that's all you need, if you want to upgrade something.
