DirtyElf,
Sata II and think you've got a chance, Sata III is just too new and I was happy to get my 64 for 160.00. The performance increase was dramatic and yes I'm looking forward to good things in the near future regarding increased capacity and lower prices. Have you or anyone out there considered or operate a hybrid drive like the Seagate 500gb with 32 cache in hybrid mode? Sounds kind of cool.
had a play with some settings for small gain in Mem score
Mattz,
A gain is a gain as long as it's stable, so good on ya mate and great scores!

Solid scores great job !
Well, my graphics card sucks (X550 or something) because my GT220 is windows7 incompatible. I'm looking to fix that in the near future, though.
Not bad for a budget build. My old "budget build" was a solid 5.2 across the board, however I discovered most of the components in a dumpster
"Before" is onboard graphics, "After" is with the X300 or X550 card. Also, my memory score jumped for no apparent reason.

Why do you say your GT220 isn't Windows 7 compatible? I can't see any reason it wouldn't be? There are drivers for it, and the hardware will run it??
NVIDIA DRIVERS 258.96 WHQL
Let us know why you think it isn't compatible?

P.S. Also, my memory score jumped for no apparent reason.
The reason for that is the discreet video card has it's own memory, while the on board video uses system memory only.
