    In that case, as Alsenor said above, you would need to move to the 64-bit variant of Win 7. Otherwise, the added RAM would do nothing.

    I have a 64bit disc... would upgrading format my hard drive? because it didn't when I upgraded from vista...

    There is no upgrade path from 32-bit to 64-bit, it would have to be a clean install.

    Here is mine, enough for analyzing BSODs 24 hours perday even though I want my Ram to be more than 2GB

    Obviously it's not the system in your sig, so I'm curious now... AMD CPU looks like it got a nice score, but if you got an NForce chipset (I'm guessing this from the NVidia 8200 onboard graphics) wouldn't that board support at least some of the Phenom II processor range....?

    Edit: Ok, scratch that... I found the stats you posted over here: https://www.sevenforums.com/overclock...tml#post881054 And it does support the Phenom II, up to the 140W suckers.... Lucky you.
