Only a SSD can help you to get above 7.0

I must be the closest you can get without having an SSD then (check the Disk Data Transfer Rate)

but I still get 4.0 because of my integrated graphics gotta update that and my mem before too long...'specially my mem since my computer slows to a crawl during installations

and I don't know why it states I have dx 10 when dxdiag says I have 11 *shrugs*

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

    Nice scores

That system is begging for a SSD.
A good but small boot drive will cost around $100, and the performance increase is truly amazing

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

Your is pleading as well, see above

Small SSD boot drive, big HDD for storage, and your off to speed and performance that you will wonder why you waited so long to install, and never look back

What HDD configuration are you running to get those scores?
    Raid, SCSI, or?
What are your Disk Data Transfer Rates?
A lot of people would like to know.

I don't know how to answer that one to be honest. I just plugged my hdd into my mobo and installed Win 7 on it.

As far as I know, it's only a normal setup with SATA

is there a tool I can use to diagnose it? I'll run any program needed and post the screen shots if it will help other people :)

    Edit
and all I meant by "Check the disk data transfer rate" is that Win 7 called that section (primary hard drive) by "Disk Data Transfer Rate" but I'll run any test

You can use HD Tune - free for personal use, and CrystalDiskMark also free.

You can post them here or at the Show us your hard drive performance thread.

That is an unusually high score for a single HDD.
What's the make and model of your HDD?
Will be interesting to see the HD Tune and Crystal Disk snips.

You can get a lot of information about your computer with SIW - System Information for Windows.
