Well here is both HD Tune and the specs of the hdd according to SIW
I have no idea what this means either lol
but I was using the computer during the benchmark so I don't know if that messed up the ratings

Great numbers
Also great numbers. Not neccessarily a bottleneck, but the weakest score. You could do better, but your performance can still be very good, even the best spinner HDD gets a 5.9
You could benefit from a better GPU, but if performance is serving your needs, no worries. Showing DX10 is normal.
Very nice numbers
A Guy
Your HDD is a Seagate model ST380811AS, SATA2, 8 MB cache, 80GB.
With a 75 MB/s transfer rate, that might get a 5.9 WEI score, maybe a little lower.
Using the computer while benchmarking might affect the score, but only very little.
I have to agree with A Guy on this.
Nice scores
Good setup, bet it runs great.
Don't worry, just a glitch in the Windows System Assessment Tool (WinSAT) that runs the tests to give the WEI score.
An extreme RAID can get a bit above 5.9, other than that it takes a SSD to get between 5.9 and 7.9.
And another one Dell says can't run windows 7:
