no there is a problem - because decreasing the amount of available memory , continues and like I said before , after about 3 days , I cant do anything but restarting the windows. also when the available memory goes below 15% in the third day , there is an error appears, when I want to access some folders...
(I will upload a picture of that error in a day or two from now when it will appear)

look at this picture that I upload now (also there is no softwares runnung in background) :

the amount of available ram decreased from 1200 to 700 after 21 hours.

and one more thing : Is it possible to disable the Superfetch ?

SO you are saying that it went down from 1200 to 700 in 19 hours. THATS PERFECTLY NORMAL. In fact better than normal. Mine goes down hundreds of megs in as little as 6 hours.

BTW after 19 hours you still are only using 64 % of your total ram. see lower right corner of your task manager screenshot

    Why is it that important?

There is really nothing to worry about. Your system behaves as I would expect. And DO NOT DISABLE SUPERFETCH. That would either create a mess or at best slow down your system. And it does not look as if there were a virus problem - but one never knows. A scan does not hurt.

My RAM usage is at 58% right now and I have been running for for four days without a reboot. Win 7 manages memory very well. It will clear some memory when necessary. What you are describing seem normal to me.

I scanned my whole system with avast 5 complete scan and nothing changed...

I am worry because now after 1 day and 15 hours the amount of my available memory reaches to 200 and at this point I can't do anything but restart the windows

when I captured the screen by Prtsc key for takng a screenshot of task manager , It appears like this :

at this point, when I try to access any of my drives or folders , the following error appears :

    c:\ is not accessible.
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

after restart , I am going to scan with an antispyware...

I also scanned my system with 3 different Anti-Spywares and They did nothing...

one more thing that is maybe important :

This problem started for me about 6 days ago and that's the time I upgraded my Internet security (Avast 5) from 5.0.507 to 5.0.545.
(But in processes menu, it shows that Avast only uses 5mb memory)

The internet security (+antivirus) is the only software that always running in the background - Do you think that my problem is from that ?

When you get this saturation, what are actually the processes that use all the RAM (look in Task Manager > Processes tab. But make sure you click the " Show processes from all users"). If Avast shows only 5MBs of usage, it cannot be the culprit. It may also help to observe the color bar in Resource Monitor > Memory Tab.

need to know what process working background and what process eat memory that much.some strangers might eat up your memory by pretending as a system process. Just a thought

here is the screenshots of all the processes when the available memory is 660
(but none of them use much memory) :

and here is the Resource Monitor screen :

Is it possible that a windows service eat this memory ?

That is a relatively normal picture. And the top Host Process at 43.6 MBs is modest - mine is 76.5 MBs right now. It is really hard to see anything abnormal in your processes. Even 67% RAM usage in a 2GB system is not abnormal.
If anything, I would keep an eye on this Avant browser which is not really a neccessity but a convenience.
