    Just being incredibly slow...

Just recently I downloaded a game, Battle of the Immortals to be exact, and it was a .exe file. I go into my downloads folder and double click it to start the installer and I get the spinning blue circle that means it's loading right? Yeah well.. it just sits there FOREVER. I just double clicked it in the morning before school and when I came back nothing was on my screen. And now, as I am posting this, my computer is acting very slow. My computer is custom built and I've had it for about 4 months now and I haven't had any kind of problems with this thing being slow. Any suggestions?

    Here's my speccy:

i wonder if it is still trying to run, go into task manager (CTRL SHIFT ESC) and check under processes>show processes for all users for something that looks like it could be the installer, if there is then end the process,

Yes it was trying to still run, so I ended it but it still acts relatively slow. I just don't understand why it just loads forever and nothing ever comes up. If I keep clicking while it's loading, the screen goes white and says that windows explorer has stopped working and this is the problem report:
