Windows 7: Windows Exerience Index True?

Don't forget that the WEI is just simply a means of rating system components using a method that is consistent. It does not, never has and never will, reflect real-life scenarios. It just provides the system with the basics, such as Can I run the full Aero Interface? and as a means for you to compare its performance when upgrading components. Actually, my WEI of 5.9 is the highest I can achieve using a standard HDD, so I am quite happy with that. Only SSDs can push this figure higher, but they are financially prohibitive.

I turned it off and it was still the same.

I really think that it should be averaged...

not based on the "weakest link" *lol*

Not the "dee dee dee" of the computer's performance

but anyways... I could care less if my computer can

do spacey things with my open windows

My computer is fast and it works great..

I dont have half the problems that these people come on this forums have

so I should just consider myself lucky.

Is it true that Windows 7 or 8 user account password is a joke?
I was under impression that the user account password security in Windows 7 or Windows 8 has been improved by Microsoft since the old days of Windows XP, and that it is now virtually impossible to bypass it... well, I thought so until I read this, or watched this. Can someone confirm or deny...

Acronis True Image 2009 work with Windows 7 64 bit???
An oldie but goodie! Does anyone know? I have been using Windows 7 backup and restore but never tested out the “restore” part and frankly don’t trust it. Another problem is that I don’t have enough room (so says the MS backup program) to backup a 640 GB system disk to a empty 640 GB disk...

I then retyped it incase i made a typo but i hadn't, so i done my recovery with acronis true image 2010...

True Image 2011 vs True Image 2010
I'm wondering exactly what improvements and changes have been made that might make it worthwhile to upgrade. I don't much care about cosmetic changes, only in those that actually make the program work better. I took a look at the Acronis website, but didn't find a change log, only literature to...

Tell me it isn't true. Windows 7 installation
Is it true that you only get one installation from Windows 7 disc ???? Is there a way to get around this ? Dang, one more reason to just hate Microsoft.
