    W7 x64 LAGGS

Hi, I am well a guy among all who has been installing W7 x64 today.
I have some serious problems with this OS, it hangs in taskbars and explorer windows and laggs for a time, there is no reason for this, Newest drivers for W7 x64

I have tried to turn off all the flash things by checking performance but it doesnt solve anything : /.
Why can cause this, the gfx card?
If I can't fix this I think I will go back to Vista x64 again.

    My system
    Intel Q9550 @ 2.83 GHz
    Ati 3650 512mb Gddr3
    4x2048 Mb 800 MHz

I enclose a picture of the problems where the icons are slow loading.

    Several things to consider:

    1. Did you upgrade or install a clean version?
    2. When you say latest drivers, did you try running W7 *without* any extra drivers? Which drivers have you updated, and what does device manager show in terms of any devices missing drivers or having trouble starting?
    3. See that gray link under your name - My System Specs? Use it so we can get a better idea of all your hardware...
    4. With your system you should have no issues running - my guess is that you have a hardware incompatibility or else something causing a major conflict - for example, an AV program that is scanning your HD while you're trying anything, or else some other problem, such as failing hardware. If you look at my hardware specs you'll see I have half the RAM and a generation older processor, yet my system *flies*.

I had that lag too, in the same places as well as the favourites menu in IE.

However, a few days later it went, I think once everything is indexed the lag disappears.
