Boot up issue with Win 7
Actually it started with Win XP and fortunately it was my fault.
I figured when I did a clean install of Win 7 it would be corrected/erased. But nope .......... still have to hit F8 to pull up the boot menu otherwise I get a BIOS message about installing boot media. I select the right drive in the boot menu and it starts up fine. Someone on another forum had answered the question, it seemed straightforward but never got to it because I had a way around it. That thread has since been lost to antiquity lol. What's worse is that I only bring up because I just tried the Win XP virtual machine and it gives me the same error message. I figure when this is fixed I'll be able to VM ![]() thanks |
