Can you post a screen snip ?

You may have 4gb, but only the 3059 is useable

Your setup may only be able to see the 3GB of memory depending on your motherboards chipset :/

You're using a laptop which probably means some of the system ram is being used by the display adapter. If you go into the Dell BIOS (F2 when booting) you may be able to configure how much ram is dedicated to the display adapter. For a more precise answer you could try a chat session with Dell Support.

many Intergrated Graphics use part of the system memory dedicated to the graphics.

This will also take away from useable in Win for the system.

may be a setting in bios to choose how much you want dedicated to video.
