Can you defrag a specific file or folder?

Evening everyone sorry for having to ask a silly question but is it possible to defrag a specific file or folder? the reason i ask is i am having some stuttering in certain games i play so i thought if i could defrag the specific game folder it might help improve performance. I have 4 partitions and all my games are on 1 of them so i know it would not take long to defrag the whole partition as its 100GB but 95GB free lol just curious to know if what i am asking for is possible for future reference

    Thanks a mill

It sure will. It gives you a list of files and how many fragments and lets you defragg individual files or the whole partition. And its free. They also have a number of other good free programs at that site. "CCleaner" for cleaning cashe and temp files. "Recuva" to recover deleted files.
