Help my High Performance setting is gone and error with Exp Index.

    Help my High Performance setting is gone and error with Exp Index.




    Before i used to have the high Performance setting, but now its gone! Even when i create a plan its still not there, THe " Xperformance plan is a plan that i created and i cant even delete the plans that i created its soo wierd.

    Can someone help me?

    Also i am having a problem with the Windows experience index. Before it used to work fine but now when i try to rerun the assessment it gives me this error :

    I tried deleting all the files in WINSAT still the same, so i check the log and here is what i found:

    Hello Byamba, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    You might see if doing OPTION ONE in the tutorial below may be able to restore your "High Performance" power plan.

    Power Plan - Restore Default Settings


    Your image link for the WEI score issue does not work. You might see if resetting WEI may be able to help for now.

    Windows Experience Index - Reset
