Windows 10 Home Premium 64bit sp1

so you didnt buy it with windows 7 someone you knew put it on ?

is there a way maybe to get a back up from that friend ?

further the acer disc has to contain all drivers and repairs for that particular unit so the error fix is on there and with the upgraded os shouldnt pose a issue either

i think what you might have to end up doing is a whole boot recovery maybe it is a registry issue and you need a registrey repair other then that like above just delete and start anew might suck but you will be happy when you did it right in the end
