Found the problem...it's the HDMI connection. When Windows 7 uses a HDMI connection, something is forcing the Vista Startup Style...

Well...I just installed by deleting the partition...

Well...I just installed by deleting the partition first...and I still got the Vista boot screen...not the proper Win 7 boot screen. I'm trying again just to be safe...this should not be happening.
