Just an update on this, I had reset my RAM to default, only for the same message to pop up.
When it's at default mode it runs at 2133MHz.

Okay, so the pattern for the computer turning off is not random, it will only do it 1-2 minutes after I turn it on, then after it turns back on it'll remain on.
