I had same problem with you guys before and none of the tricks above work for me.
I moved back to wired connection and all problem are gone.
I guess that is the only option for me now.

After few days running smoothly, now started lagging again.
I dont know what was wrong, but this is very annoying.
I just replaced my router to new N router but it did not help

I tried to lower the texture quality from extra to high and it help little bit. I still get lags, but definitely better.

I tried regedit trick and also putting steam.exe on low priority (for MW2) but nothing work so far.

I reinstall windows 7 with only drivers installed (thanks for acronis image) and reinstall itunes and it works like a champ.
