That levels tab is exactly the one I'm talking about. There is a level bar and a mute button on the left. What is that bar supposed to default at. Nothing on that page says boost so I don't know...

Yeah, its really disappointing that a company that makes a sort of premium product doesnt support these things. I dont believe any of their headsets are meant to work on the computer so I'll hold out...

I have seen that thread. That is the same software I am attempting to use and its does the exact same thing another post shows where it sits on step one not finding whatever its looking for.

It is a generic receiver that I believe supports almost if not all current protocols. Microsoft installed it instantly. The errors did not start until I attempted pairing the headset.
