I can't help with your issue, but you need to know that Opera is owned by the Chinese and that so-called VPN shouldn't be trusted. They probably monitor everything going in and out of the server....

It could be the mouse or printer or in fact anything USB connected. You shouldn't use a registry cleaner. Those are snake oil and can do damage to your OS. Try LatencyMon once and see what it says....
