Device not ready (The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.)...

DVD says DVD drive is still trying to read the disk and USB says it didn't download the boot-able exponent at the end of the download on the 2nd step burning the disk

No, it doesn't work. It probaly hast to do with the error at startup(No bootmgr). None of the starting F10 F11 F12 ect works. I need a disk.
