the drives are SATA III capable - if that's what you're asking me - and they're running on SATA II ports, yes. I've never seen delays like this...

if you mean VRAM the answer is no because it's built into the graphics card. But if you mean system memory, i.e. "RAM" then the answer is "it depends." If you have an open slot you can add more RAM....

I ended up manually removing all the NV stuff on my computer and now running the basic VGA driver from MS. For now it'll have to do - very limited functionality but it beats running in Safe Mode.
