Friend of mine had a similar issue on an ASUS motherboard.
Turned out the memory was not in ASUS QVL list.

Changing the memory resolved the issue, but playing with memory timings occasionally...

You cannot change the status of bad (reallocated) sectors. This indicates a physical damage, e.g. the status of the disk platter in those locations.

Don't worry its hot pluggable.

Maybe the disk signature is wrong, or no drive letter is assigned to it.
