Seems like I figured out the issues - bad ram...

Seems like I figured out the issues - bad ram slots in the MB. Moved both sticks to slots 3-4 (completely forgot to test those when running memtest) and the systems been problem for about 24 hours...

More minidumps attached. For the sake of trying, I pulled the "bad" stick of ram (see post #5) out and tested the "good" stick in slots 1 and 2, both crashed.
