In that example the user did have previous created user profiles he thought he had deleted. Not the case here.

Also, I cannot run lusrmgr.msc because i'm using Home Premium. Ridiculous oversight...

Uninstall AI Suite completely, see if the BSOD goes. It's notorious for BSODs, they apparently released an update to correct it but I haven't touched it since.

Only real solution is to disable sleep mode...

Switched out the ram now for a better brand, CPU seems to be a few C cooler for some reason. See how this goes....
