I'm pretty sure you can defrag SSDs as long as you are using the manufacturer's tool, not Microsoft's.

Defragmenting duration on HDD depends on the capacity, but that makes little difference....

My ASUS X550ZE has A8-7200P and does not support Windows 7 as well.

AMD's past is well known for bottlenecking their CPUs with their onboard graphics. I see so much wasted potential with A12-9800. So much for GPU horsepower and a poor CPU performance.
