Windows explorer freezing shortly after startup

Once my computer loads I try to use anything on my taskbar or to search using the start menu but upon trying any of these things the explorer will completely freeze and eventually crash to two error...

I lowered the speed and did a full test just to be sure and it showed no errors. Any idea what is causing these errors when I have the memory set to 1866mhz?
