Yes, I was having an issue with the voltages, I changed out the PSU and my photoshop, as well as visual have stabilized quite a bit. Thank you for the replies.

OK here goes. I upgraded my HP zd7010us to Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have succesfully found drivers for everything except the Sound Card. I tried using the default Conexant, and some other suggestions...
