I get the message that I am missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-0.dll.
I have fixed this before but have since forgotten exactly how to do it....

I had to begin all over so I saved my Programs and Programs x86 files from my Hard drive to a usb drive before starting.
I noticed they seem to be missing the .exe files when I tried to copy them...
