Tried it on all 4 slots and still got a BSOD which means my motherboard is fine, its either my RAM stick or windows got corrupted.

but i bought that stick 2 weeks ago...

1-SFC /scannow didnt find anything wrong with system files.
2-Disk check still had a crash after it.
3- i have a gaming pc so all my services are needed, if a clean boot helps...
