Yup but that stuff works wonders but only on fluid applications gas eats the stuff up.

Also if you ever disassemble make sure you clean the threads and replace the Teflon.,

I wouldnít recommend "PJ" either the clamp should be sufficient enough. Any metal parts that are threaded use Teflon tape...

Before you stain make sure you sand everything and go over it with a damp rag after that.

Sanding closes the pores of the wood and when you wet the wood down with water it opens those pores back...

Air flows thru the fins which hold water the flowing air picks up the heat...
