If a virus infects your SSD, the first thing to do is not panic and boot into safemode and perform a scan with different on-demand scanners (reboot then hold down the F8 key until the boot options screen comes up and select 'Safe mode' or 'Safe mode with networking' or type 'msconfig' at the start menu and under the boot tab, choose 'Safe boot - minimal').

    On-demand scanners:
    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    SUPERAntiSpyware
    Hitman Pro

What kind of virus infected your SSD by the way? Are you still able to boot? If you are not able to boot, download these boot/recovery tools from another PC and burn them to a blank disc.

    Boot/Recovery CDs:
    Norton Rescue Tools
    Avira AntiVir Rescue System
    Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10
    Hiren's BootCD 15.0
    SARDU

Hope this helps and good luck!
