    www.pandora.com dicrepancy!

To whom it may concern - - -

I really hope soeone ouuuutttt there wil come across this, my thread concerning Pandora Radio - Listen to Free Internet Radio, Find New Music & be able to give me a solution or fix to my stressful, little anxiety attack! Some of you may know, yet some of you may not that http://www.pandora.com streams audio MP3 files and the gross public-at-large can listen absolutely for free, within reason for a max of hours in any given month. So enough with the pandora 101 refresher class.
About two or three weeks ago, I came across a thread Q & A on this site concerning how to circumvent the 40 hours a month and, in essence, set the counter back to a cool 39:59:59! The hack or trick follows the path below, but not in it's entireity.

    c:\Documents and Settings\...\...\...

It kinda gets tricky-ricky-slicky at this point because the "Documents and Settings" folder is a hidden, read-only sys folder. I can go into control panel -> folders -> view & deselect the radioboxes that hide folders, files etc. This is where the trick comes in! I R click on the folder name & scroll to Properties. Inside, I can choose from "General", "Sharing", "Security", "Previous Versions" and last, but not least, "Customize" - - I am pretty familiar with gaining permissions, taking ownership of a folder or a file, etc. Strangely enough, though, when I do this I STILL CAN NOT GO INSIDE THE DADBLURNED FOLDER. When I attempt to do so I get a Windows error pop-up error box that, paraphrasically, reads:

Access to c:\Documents and Settings\...\... Denied! You must have Administrator Priviiledges to continue on the path you are attempting to access or follow.

I am the ALMIGHTY GOD when it comes to my laptop & desktop PCs - There is no absolutely no doubting that ALL of the ALLOW readioboxes are checkled, so on and so forth! I just don't see what I'm overlooking or forgetting??? Can someone out there, reading this /my thread, perchance have a solution, resoluton or absolution to this mess? I wwould SUOER appreciate a reply AASAP... Thank you for your time & patience!
